Returns & Exchanges

At Kavala Collective, we want you to love your activewear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
